Role Overview

Schedule

• The schedule is fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative product safety data.
• Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements with internal teams.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Maintain case summaries and reporting for high-profile matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product safety goals and initiatives.
• Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Manage high-risk-channel escalations and review historical process adherence.
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses for product safety incidents.
• Manage ongoing and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, product safety, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual English and Korean skills are highly preferred.
• Regulatory familiarity is a plus but not required.

Pay

• Pay range is $36 to $38 per hour.
