Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen, dishwashing, storage, and equipment cleanliness and hygiene.
- Wash, sanitize, dry, and store dishes, cutlery, glassware, and utensils.
- Clean floors, walls, drains, workstations, and waste areas to daily schedules.
- Dispose of waste in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment safely.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during service and closing.
- Use and store cleaning chemicals safely; follow restaurant health and safety policies.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.
Standards
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Work location is in person.
Employment and Pay
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,000 per month.
