Kitchen duties
- Prepare Italian and Mediterranean dishes according to approved recipes and quality standards.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, preparation, and service.
- Prepare pasta, pizza, salads, appetizers, sauces, grilled dishes, and other menu items.
- Maintain consistent taste, portion sizes, presentation, and food quality.
- Complete daily mise en place and prepare ingredients before service.
Food safety and kitchen operations
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, personal hygiene, and food safety under Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Follow food storage, temperature control, FIFO, and food labeling procedures.
- Minimize food waste and support stock and ingredient management.
- Maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations; coordinate with front-of-house staff for timely preparation.
- Receive deliveries, check ingredient quality, and maintain inventory.
- Follow Head Chef instructions, restaurant SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Support menu preparation, food costing, and new dish development when required.
- Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining food quality and presentation; perform other kitchen duties assigned by management.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
Experience requirement
- Two years of experience with Italian and Mediterranean cuisine is required.
