Dishwashing and kitchen support
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas; load and unload dishwashing machines.
- Hand-wash wooden cutting boards, large pots, delicate china, and other specified items.
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- Set up workstations before meal preparation begins and help ensure sufficient clean dishes, glasses, and utensils during peak hours.
- Assist chefs with washing vegetables and support other restaurant staff with tasks as needed.
Cleaning and sanitation
- Clean and restock dining areas and cook stations for the next shift.
- Clean the walking fridge, chiller, dry store, and restaurant; sanitize the kitchen, including floors.
- Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift and clean washrooms every 30 minutes.
- Refill soap and sanitizing-gel dispensers and maintain trash cans; remove full trash cans and boxes and rinse garbage cans at shift end.
- Use cleaning chemicals with correct usage and dilution.
Supplies, equipment, and safety
- Maintain cleaning-supply stock, such as detergents, and place orders when necessary.
- Check washing-machine operation and promptly report technical or performance issues.
- Follow posted daily dish-cleaning duties and report kitchen accidents or food-safety code and procedure violations.
Commute or relocation
- Reliably commute to Abu Dhabi or plan to relocate before starting work.
Pay
- AED 2,000 per month.
