Kitchen Porter

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Safran, Burnley, BB10 2TQ. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual to become part of a busy catering operation, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and supporting the kitchen team in delivering an excellent food service. • Washing dishes, crockery, cutlery, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures
• Supporting the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when required
• Receiving and storing deliveries safely and correctly
• Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed to a high standard
• Following food safety, COSHH, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
• Helping to keep the kitchen organised, safe, and ready for service About you
• Previous kitchen porter or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
