Support the Food & Beverage team by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in kitchen and service areas.
Help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery manually or by machine.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in kitchen and dining areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to hygiene standards.
- Clean storage rooms, refrigerators, and food service areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations; assist chefs and service staff with basic cleaning.
- Report maintenance or safety issues.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or F&B experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting items.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,800–2,800 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
