Work under the guidance of the senior culinary team to prepare ingredients, assist with cooking, and maintain kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits; prepare meats and other proteins.
- Support senior chefs in cooking and assembling dishes to health-focused recipes and standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized and meet health and safety regulations.
- Help receive deliveries, check quality and accuracy, and store ingredients correctly.
- Learn from senior chefs and participate in training opportunities.
Qualifications and physical requirements
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required; culinary students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A basic understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques is required.
- Knowledge of health-focused and dietary-specific cooking is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn are requested.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg as needed.
- English is required.

- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
