Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and programs for children.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and child protection protocols.
• Manage the Kids Club budget, including purchasing supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance, emergency contact information, and incident reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to create integrated family-friendly experiences and promotions.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making improvements as necessary.
• Ensure the Kids Club area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare, education, or recreational settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Creativity and enthusiasm in planning and implementing children's activities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage groups of children effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
• Familiarity with local child protection laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and childcare management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a plus.

Additional Information

• Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
• Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
• A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
