Role overview
Deliver personalized guest services as a key guest contact and hotel ambassador, enhancing the luxury hospitality experience throughout each stay.
Guest assistance and arrangements
- Welcome guests, anticipate needs, offer recommendations, and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, shopping, cultural sites, restaurants, and events.
- Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, limousine services, airport transfers, tours, activities, entertainment, and event bookings.
- Facilitate VIP requests and special occasions, and assist with courier services, ticketing, and travel arrangements.
Coordination and service standards
- Build guest relationships and resolve complaints through professional service recovery.
- Coordinate with hotel departments, external providers, vendors, and local partners to fulfill guest requests.
- Record guest requests, reservations, and follow-up actions; communicate preferences to relevant teams.
- Maintain the concierge desk and keep brochures, maps, and local information current.
- Monitor guest feedback and keep informed about local events, attractions, restaurants, and transport schedules.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and follow hotel policies, luxury brand standards, privacy, security, health, and safety requirements; support emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar customer-facing role within a luxury hotel.
- Previous luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing VIP and high-profile guest requests is advantageous.
