Key Account Manager Retail
About This Role
Key responsibilities
Client relationship & adoption
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned jewellery retail clients
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure system satisfaction and continued usage
- Monitor adoption across stores, identify low-usage accounts and take corrective action
- Guide store teams and operations managers on system best practices
Growth & renewals
- Identify expansion opportunities across additional store locations, tags and hardware rollouts
- Proactively manage license renewal timelines and address issues ahead of expiry
- Collaborate with the sales team to support account growth
Data monitoring & collaboration
- Track usage metrics via dashboards — monitoring stock checks, store-level adoption and system activity
- Coordinate with deployment, business analysts and sales teams to resolve client issues efficiently
Requirements
- 3–5 years in B2B Account Management, Customer Success (SaaS/Tech) or Client Relationship Management
- Experience with jewellery ERP/POS/inventory software, RFID solutions or retail technology preferred
- Background in multi-store retail account management is a strong advantage
- Comfortable analysing dashboards and usage data to identify gaps and opportunities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across store managers, ops teams and business owners
