Key Responsibilities
- :
- Coordinate and monitor preventive and reactive maintenance activities.
- Manage FM service providers for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, cleaning, and other facility services.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Track and monitor PPM schedules, work orders, and service requests through CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Support procurement activities including PRs, POs, vendor quotations, and invoice verification.
- Support workplace safety initiatives, emergency preparedness activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on maintenance performance, vendor activities, and facility operations.
