- What you'll need
- 4 to 6 years in key account management, strategic account management, or enterprise client management.
- Proven track record owning a portfolio of large, multi-location or enterprise accounts, with revenue retention and growth numbers you can talk through.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation, renewal, and contract management experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including with C-level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace.
- Experience rolling out a product across a multi-outlet group or franchise network.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
