About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to lead and grow our sales within the UAE market. The ideal candidate has strong experience in FMCG, preferably in food or baby nutrition products, and possesses solid relationships with buyers, retailers, and distributors across the UAE.
This is a results-driven role focused on generating real sales, opening new accounts, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and open new sales channels within the UAE or Outside UAE (supermarkets, pharmacies, distributors, and retail chains)
- Build and manage relationships with key buyers and decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and product listings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on orders, reorders, and client requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Support collection and ensure timely payments from clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG sales within the UAE market
- Strong existing network with retailers, supermarkets, or distributors
- Experience in food products is required (baby food / milk products is a strong advantage)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license
Compensation & Benefits
- High commission structure based on achieved sales
- Company car + fuel allowance
- Performance-based bonuses for new account openings

Candidates must have relevant local market experience and connections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
