Role Overview
Join the TechStack team, the technical unit behind the holding's digital products.
The team builds websites, landing pages, and the in-house DeeCore CRM.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain websites and landing pages for group brands and companies.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the DeeCore CRM.
- Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and performant code.
- Implement tracking, tag management, conversion optimization, and landing-page testing.
- Improve loading times, SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Debug, maintain, and continuously improve existing projects.
- Work closely with TechStack, design, content, and project-management colleagues.
Candidate Profile
- Have training, a degree, or comparable qualification in web development, computer science, or media design.
- Career changers with a convincing portfolio are welcome.
- Have practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and modern React UI component libraries.
- Have experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Know Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and tracking setups.
- Have CRM platform experience and interest in proprietary internal systems.
- Use Git and common development workflows confidently.
- Use Microsoft Word confidently for documentation and internal materials.
- Demonstrate design awareness, typography sense, attention to detail, independent work, and willingness to learn.
- Have excellent English; German is advantageous.

Compensation
