Deecke Holding LLC seeks an experienced, commercially minded Chief Operating Officer for its senior leadership team in Dubai.

The COO works closely with the Chairman and senior management to improve operations and support growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Group operations and translate strategy into execution.
- Oversee business performance, budgets, operational efficiency, P&L, financial results, and commercial performance.
- Support and develop senior teams; strengthen processes, governance, and internal controls.
- Oversee operational aspects of real estate and wealth management activities.
- Identify business opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and build relationships with clients, partners, and professional networks.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and operational management experience, with proven experience in both real estate and wealth management.
- Proven P&L management, budgeting, financial planning, and commercial performance experience.
- Strong understanding of the UAE business environment, commercial and financial awareness, and experience with owners or senior executive and Board-level management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; practical, hands-on approach; high integrity, discretion, and professional judgment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field is preferred; an MBA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 40,000–50,000 per month.
