The Junior Waiter supports the front-of-house team in delivering a friendly, efficient, and professional guest experience.
The role includes table setup, welcoming guests, taking and delivering orders, clearing tables, and supporting senior waiters during service.
Service Responsibilities
- Follow service standards and maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and beverage teams.
- Develop strong knowledge of the menu and overall service operation.
Requirements
- One to two years of waiter, food runner, or front-of-house experience is preferred.
- Experience in premium cafés, hotels, restaurants, or quality-driven hospitality concepts is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, order taking, table setup, guest interaction, and hygiene standards is preferred.
- The candidate must be polite, energetic, reliable, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, professional appearance, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to service procedures are essential.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
