Role overview

Social content

• Produce fast-turnaround videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms, including reels, stories, tutorials, UGC-style edits and product launches.
• Translate briefs into polished, platform-native edits consistent with the brand’s pace, rhythm, sound and color.
• Stay informed about beauty trends, platform behavior and audience expectations.
• Manage concurrent edits across formats and timelines and coordinate with Social and Creative on campaigns and publishing schedules.

Post-production

• Deliver polished edits with careful music selection, audio pacing and motion graphics where required.
• Meet brand standards for resolution, format and platform specifications.
• Maintain organized project files, asset libraries and export pipelines.
• Contribute to editing style-guide and post-production workflow improvements.
• Use and explore AI-assisted editing tools for efficiency, ideation and workflow improvement.

Experience and qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional video editing experience, focused on social content.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; additional fluency in After Effects is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of formats, specifications and trends on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to handle concurrent projects at pace with attention to detail; strong audio pacing and working knowledge of motion graphics.
• Working knowledge of AI editing tools, strong communication and collaboration, and a high degree of accountability and ownership.
• Experience in a post-production house, agency or in-house brand is requested as previous experience; beauty, lifestyle or consumer-brand editing experience is also listed as previous experience.
• A portfolio or showreel is required; candidates are encouraged to highlight social-content edits.
