Role overview

Experience and platform knowledge

• At least three years of relevant enterprise content management or enterprise application engineering experience.
• Hands-on exposure to OpenText xECM and/or Content Server; SAP SuccessFactors integration experience is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Content Server workspaces, document types, categories, metadata, permissions, and business rules.
• Experience developing or maintaining WebReports, LiveReports, workflows, Event Scripts, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of REST APIs, integration concepts, authentication, and API troubleshooting.

Additional experience and capabilities

• Content Server interface configuration, Smart View, perspectives, forms, widgets, and UI extensions are advantageous.
• GCP, enterprise integrations, PowerDocs, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring exposure are advantageous.
• Testing, deployment, documentation, and production support experience is desirable.
• Requires analytical troubleshooting, evidence gathering, collaboration, clear progress updates, and ability to break assigned work into tasks with guidance.

Platform engineering and support

• Configure, develop, test, integrate, and support OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors under established technical guidance.
• Configure workspaces, document types, metadata, permissions, and business rules based on approved designs.
• Develop and maintain reports, workflows, Event Scripts, and automation; support Content Server UI configuration as needed.
• Assist with integrations involving SAP SuccessFactors, PowerDocs, DocuSign, and other enterprise applications; troubleshoot REST API requests, responses, logs, and data flows.
• Support testing, deployments, upgrades, migrations, and implementation; prepare evidence and maintain technical documentation.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, collaborate on production issue resolution, and contribute to platform reliability and performance improvements.
• Work with engineering, product, architecture, security, service delivery, SAP, and external partner teams to clarify requirements and deliver changes.
