Junior Structure Engineer

Level: 1-3 years

Role purpose Support delivery of structural analysis, design calculations, and documentation for global projects under guidance of Engineers/Senior Engineers.

• Build/update analysis models and perform supervised design checks for RC/steel elements.
• Prepare calculation sheets, basic design notes, and input for design reports.
• Coordinate with BIM/CAD to produce/issue drawings; redline markups; maintain drawing registers.
• Follow QA/QC: self-checks, checklist completion, file naming/version control, comment resolution.
• Follow applicable design codes and project specifications (IS codes, Eurocodes, ACI, AS, NZ etc., depending on project region).
• Participate in coordination calls as needed; document actions and close-out items.
• Continuous learning: codes, software workflows, and internal standards.

• BE/BTech (Civil) / ME (preferred) in Structural.
• 1–4 years relevant experience (buildings/infrastructure/industrial).

• ETABS / SAFE / STAAD /RAM (as applicable), Excel calculation templates.
• AutoCAD; Exposure to Revit/Navisworks is a plus.
