The Junior Salesforce Developer will support the Salesforce Technical Lead in developing and optimizing the platform as it moves beyond initial implementation.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions for sales and operational processes.
- Build and maintain integrations with property portals and third-party data providers.
- Create dashboards for leads, conversion, agent performance, pipeline, revenue, and marketing attribution.
- Develop referral, customer-journey, sales-workflow, and approval functionality.
- Help shape Agentforce and AI strategy through AI agent development.
- Review and improve implementation-partner solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain platform reliability, security, and scalability.
- Establish sound development, documentation, and release management practices.
What you’ll need
- Strong experience as a Junior Salesforce Developer and strong knowledge of Salesforce development and architecture.
- Hands-on Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, Salesforce API, and API integration experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and permissions.
- Experience converting business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is desirable.
- Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud experience is desirable.
- Agentforce or LLM integration experience is desirable.
- MuleSoft or other integration-platform experience is desirable.
- Real estate or another complex sales environment experience is desirable.
