Join haus & haus's expanding team of Off Plan Property Consultants in Dubai.
Advise investors and buyers on developer launches and off-plan projects, with internal support and leads.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with buyers and investors interested in off-plan property.
- Advise clients on launches and investment opportunities, and manage sales from enquiry to reservation.
- Stay informed about market trends, new projects, and developer offerings.
- Attend launches, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business.
- Deliver client service and long-term relationship management; generate leads through networking and referrals.
What you'll need
- Proven sales experience in a client-facing role.
- Real estate experience; Dubai market or off-plan experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven, with an interest in property investment and the Dubai market.
What the employer offers
- Commission starts at 50% and increases based on performance; monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives are available.
