Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned African markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet customers, and corporate clients.
• Support the full sales cycle, from lead generation and customer inquiries through to order processing and delivery coordination.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development events.
• Travel regularly across Africa to meet customers, develop business opportunities, and strengthen relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Support customer service initiatives and contribute to long-term client retention strategies.

Background And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial experience.
• Previous experience within the automotive, commercial vehicles, automotive trading, machinery, spare parts, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience working with African markets would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• This role is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires frequent international travel throughout the Africa region.
