**Job Title:** Junior Property Consultant (Real Estate Agent)
About Us
CrossBridge Real Estate is a boutique real estate advisory firm specializing in residential off-plan, resale, and commercial properties across Dubai.
We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals looking to build a successful career in Dubai’s real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist landlords and sellers in listing and marketing their properties
- Support clients with market positioning, pricing strategies, and listing management
- Build strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors
- Conduct property viewings and qualify prospective clients
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and cold calling
- Maintain and grow an active portfolio of property listings
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments
- Collaborate with senior consultants, marketing, and administration teams
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of real estate experience, or strong motivation to build a career in Dubai real estate
- Comfortable with daily cold calling and proactive lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- UAE driving license preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain RERA certification upon joining
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within the Dubai real estate market
- Commitment to using the company’s CRM system accurately and consistently

- High level of professionalism in all client and internal interactions
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and openness to coaching and training
