**Salary:** AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 per month
Job Overview
We are a growing real estate team in Dubai seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Photographer & Videographer specializing in luxury real estate.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in property photography and videography within the UAE, with excellent technical, creative, and editing skills.
You will be responsible for managing the full visual production process—from coordinating with agents and visiting properties, to shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content aligned with a luxury brand standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various luxury real estate properties across Dubai for photo and video shoots
- Coordinate with real estate agents to schedule shoots and understand property highlights
- Conduct on-site photography and videography, including agent presentations when required
- Set up and manage professional equipment including cameras, lighting, audio, and stabilization systems
- Produce drone videography and 360° property tours where required
- Edit high-quality property images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (color correction, HDR, object removal, retouching)
- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
- Contribute creative ideas for social media content and ensure alignment with a luxury brand aesthetic
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate photography and videography in the UAE
- Strong portfolio (applications without portfolio will not be considered)
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Experience in CapCut or DaVinci Resolve for video editing
- Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, wide-angle lenses, and lighting setups
- Experience in drone operation (UAE certification preferred) is a strong advantage
- Experience with 360° cameras is a plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to travel daily to different locations across Dubai
