Junior Planning Engineer
About This Role
Objective
To develop and monitor project schedules for high-rise construction, ensuring timely completion and effective coordination of all project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Develop baseline programs covering structure, façade, MEP, and finishing works.
- Plan floor cycle activities and high-rise construction sequencing.
- Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.
- Assist in resource planning, cost tracking, and cash flow forecasting.
- Perform delay analysis and support EOT/claims documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
