Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Capture and edit photos and videos of hotel facilities, guest experiences, events, restaurants, and promotional activities.
• Assist with planning and executing shoots for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Edit and enhance visual content for professional quality and brand consistency.
• Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of visual assets.
• Support Marketing and Sales with content for advertisements, presentations, promotions, and projects.
• Follow Hyatt brand guidelines and quality standards; monitor trends and suggest content ideas.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in photography, videography, media production, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in photography, videography, content creation, or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or similar editing software.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and video production processes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Creativity, attention to detail, visual storytelling, independence, project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.
