Responsibilities
- Provide brokers with case updates and document requests; log applications and maintain case records in the CRM or loan management system.
- Review applications against document checklists, follow up for missing information, and prepare complete cases for credit assessment.
- Coordinate with brokers, customers, and internal credit and operations teams throughout processing.
- Follow up after disbursement on agreements, signatures, acknowledgements, checks, and security documents such as cheques and direct debit mandates.
- Track post-disbursal requirements to completion and monitor early-stage overdue accounts.
- Make collection calls, follow up on missed payments, record calls and payment commitments, and escalate broken promises or problem accounts.
- Assist with general operations and administrative work.
Candidate requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an operations, customer-facing, or phone-based role.
- Strong spoken and written English; comfortable speaking with customers and brokers by phone throughout the day.
- Organized, able to manage multiple cases, and proactive in following up without repeated reminders.
- Comfortable discussing overdue payments and attentive when checking documents.
- Experience with a CRM or loan management system and basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- UAE experience in finance, lending, factoring, collections, banking, customer service, or call-centre roles is a bonus.
Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience.
