The role
A Junior Nurse will support clinical care and day-to-day administration for functional medicine, longevity, and integrative health services.
This hands-on early-career role combines patient-facing support with clinic administration.
Responsibilities
- Collect blood, prepare patients, label samples, and handle specimens for laboratory testing.
- Assist physicians with consultations, procedures, treatment plans, and supervised IV or nurse-led treatments.
- Record observations and vital signs and support clinical follow-up.
- Coordinate tests, investigations, bookings, and follow-up appointments.
- Handle patient communications, forms, referrals, scheduling, and electronic medical records.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain equipment and clinical supplies.
- Communicate with laboratories, pharmacies, patients, and the clinical team; follow clinical, infection-control, and safety protocols.
- Build knowledge in functional, integrative, and longevity medicine.
Who we're looking for
- DHA-licensed Registered Nurse; confident phlebotomy and blood collection skills are essential.
- Early-career or junior candidates are welcome; functional medicine experience is not required.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills; comfortable with electronic medical records, email, and clinic systems.
- Clear, professional, patient-centred communication and accurate, reliable follow-through.
- Able to work within protocols, seek guidance, work with a team, and develop new clinical skills.
