About Joint Space

The role
This newly created role will build the commercial and operational side of the clinic.
The General Manager reports to the CEO; clinical and medical standards and direction remain with the Clinical Director and Medical Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage practitioner schedules and utilization, the patient journey, reception and front of house, suppliers, and weekly operations.
- Oversee monthly accounts with the accountant, budget, cash, conversion, and rebooking.
What they look for
- Experience running a healthcare operation in the UAE or Gulf; multidisciplinary experience is ideal.
- Demonstrated ability to establish operational excellence with measurable business results.
- Experience managing a site budget as well as operations.
- Practical knowledge of DHA licensing and comfort with financial numbers and daily operations.
- The candidate’s background may be clinical or commercial.
