Overview

To provide first-level IT support to end users by ensuring the smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365 services, network connectivity, and IT equipment across the organization.

Key Accountabilitiesend User Support

  • Provide Level 1 technical support through phone, remote, and onsite assistance.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Install and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
  • Resolve hardware, software, Microsoft Office, and Outlook-related issues.

Microsoft 365 Support

  • Create, modify, and manage Microsoft 365 user accounts and licenses.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Reset passwords, manage MFA, and resolve email-related issues.

Network & System Support

  • Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP connectivity issues.
  • Configure network printers and shared resources.
  • Install Windows updates, join systems to Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, and perform routine system maintenance.

It Asset Management

  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Prepare and configure IT equipment for new employees.
  • Track asset allocation, returns, and disposal.

Information Security & Documentation

  • Ensure endpoint devices comply with company security policies.
  • Support antivirus, BitLocker, and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Record service requests in the IT ticketing system and maintain technical documentation.

Required Technical Skillsoperating Systems

  • Windows 11
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server

• Active Directory And Microsoft Entra ID

  • Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive & Exchange Online

• LAN And WAN & Wi-Fi

  • Basic router, switch, and firewall knowledge
  • Network troubleshooting

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • **1–3 years**
  • of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • UAE driving licence will be an added advantag
