Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated **Junior HSE Trainer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will conduct HSE training programs, develop training materials, and facilitate safety sessions at various industrial sites.
This role requires a dynamic professional with strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring trainees in compliance with international HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive HSE training sessions to professionals across multiple industries.
- Develop and enhance training materials to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensure trainees understand and implement workplace safety protocols effectively.
- Conduct safety assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated on HSE regulations, policies, and emerging industry trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Health & Safety and Safety Training skills
- NEBOSH certification
- Excellent Communication and Training skills
- Experience in conducting HSE training sessions
- Ability to mentor and coach junior trainees
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (Preferred)
