We have a current opportunity for a Junior Finance & Procurement Oracle Consultant on a contract basis. The position will be based in Abu Dhabi. Junior Functional Consultant (Finance & Procurement) Project: Major Digital Transformation Initiative (Government) Location: Onsite - Abu Dhabi, UAE Contract Type: 6‑Month Contract (Extendable) Start Date: Within 1 Month Languages: Arabic speakers are a plus About the Role A leading Big 4 consulting firm is seeking multiple Junior Functional Finance & Procurement Consultants to support a cloud transformation program in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for consultants with solid hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud experience and strong functional knowledge across Finance and Procurement modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Support functional workstreams across Finance and Procurement in a major cloud transformation program.
- Assist with requirements gathering, documenting business processes, and translating needs into configuration tasks.
- Configure Oracle ERP Cloud modules within Finance and Procurement domains.
- Participate in testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and support user workshops.
- Collaborate with senior consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving functional issues during implementation and go‑live support.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Procurement functional roles.
- Prior experience working on Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects is mandatory.
- Must be able to configure at least two Finance modules such as:
+ Cash Management (CM)
- Understanding of Procurement processes and modules is an advantage.
- Previous consulting experience is preferred.
- Must hold some Oracle Cloud certifications (Finance or Procurement).
- Ability to work in a busy project environment under senior guidance.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Experience working with large organizations or government entities.
- Familiarity with end-to-end ERP project lifecycles.
