Strategy Realization Office (SRO) Manager

Job Description

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategy execution, enterprise PMO, transformation, or portfolio management
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑level strategic portfolios and cross‑functional programs
• Strong background in governance frameworks, performance management, and benefits realization
• Experience overseeing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic prioritization based on value, impact, and cost‑benefit analysis
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with senior leadership and executive committees
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or Technology
• MBA or Master's degree in Strategy, Management, or Operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives and programs
• Act as the single source of truth for the strategic initiative pipeline and portfolio performance
• Ensure initiatives remain fully aligned with corporate strategy and business objectives
• Lead initiative prioritization based on strategic impact, complexity, and value creation
• Govern execution of cross‑functional strategic programs and monitor delivery performance
• Identify, track, and report benefits realization and strategic KPIs
• Escalate risks, dependencies, and delivery issues with clear, actionable recommendations
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for strategy execution
• Drive process standardization, optimization, and automation across the Strategy Realization Office
• Facilitate strategy workshops and support executive decision‑making forums
