Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior CRM & Website Operations Executive to support the day-to-day management of our custom-built CRM system, website operations, lead flow handling, and backend coordination.

This role is primarily focused on CRM execution, website monitoring, data accuracy, and operational support. The candidate will work closely with the management and technical team to ensure smooth system functionality, proper lead management, and accurate data flow across platforms.

Marketing support will be a secondary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities1. CRM Operations & System Management (Primary Responsibility)

  • Manage and update data inside the company’s custom-built CRM platform
  • Monitor lead entries, lead assignments, and status updates
  • Ensure proper lead flow from website forms and campaigns into the CRM
  • Identify bugs, missing data, duplicate entries, or workflow issues in the CRM
  • Coordinate with the technical/development team for CRM changes, fixes, and updates
  • Test newly implemented CRM features and provide operational feedback
  • Maintain proper records, reports, and backend data accuracy
  • Support management with CRM-related operational tasks and system coordination

2. Website Monitoring & Backend Coordination

  • Monitor website forms, inquiries, and lead submissions
  • Ensure website data is correctly syncing with CRM systems
  • Report technical issues related to website forms, lead capture, or backend functionality
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for website updates or corrections
  • Perform regular checks to ensure smooth website functionality

3. Lead Coordination & Communication

  • Perform initial communication with inbound leads when required
  • Update lead stages and follow-up status inside CRM
  • Coordinate internally with teams regarding lead assignment and updates
  • Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and follow-up tracking

4. Marketing & Execution Support (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Support the marketing team in basic operational activities
  • Assist with campaign coordination, data tracking, and reporting
  • Help upload or manage basic website/social media content when required
  • Coordinate simple execution tasks related to marketing activities

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems or backend tools
  • Basic understanding of websites, forms, and data flow
  • Comfortable coordinating with technical/development teams
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
  • Organized and process-oriented

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to website management or CRM tools
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
  • Understanding of lead management workflows
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of marketing operations
