Overview
Delta is partnered with a Global Private Banking institution who are searching for an ambitious Private Banker / Relationship Manager, to work alongside a Senior Relationship Manager covering a significant GCC UHNW client book.
You will work closely with a Senior RM whilst increasing your involvement in prospecting and origination, with a view to build your own book of U/HNW Private Clients, making this role ideal for a motivated individual with a strong desire to become a successful hunter RM.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings, prepare investment proposals, and follow up on agreed actions
- Take ownership of client servicing activities, including onboarding, KYC/AML, periodic reviews, suitability updates and coordination with Compliance and Operations
- Develop a personal prospecting pipeline and client book, attending prospect meetings and contributing to new‑client acquisition
Key Requirements
- Strong motivation for client prospecting and origination, with a clear ambition to build, own and grow a personal client book. Transferable client relationships are a plus but not a requirement
- Natural relationship builder with resilience, drive and comfort initiating client conversations
- Confident and credible in client‑facing situations, including prospect meetings and portfolio discussions
- Experience in private banking or wealth management, with understanding of investments and credit solutions
- Fluent Arabic (essential) and fluent English
- Proactive, commercially minded and eager to take ownership of outcomes
