Junior Data Analyst – Power BI & Reporting

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Evaluates FPS programs, divisions, and systems to identify defects, gaps, and risks and assess output quality and operational reliability.
• Recommends ways to mitigate risks, close gaps, and improve effectiveness or efficiency.
• Supports implementation of new processes, programs, systems, and national coordination efforts.
• Supports quality management and establishment of ISO 9000-certified processes.
• Supports KPI identification and collection for routine monitoring of operational effectiveness.

Required experience and education

• Two years of related experience.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and federal database systems.
• Excel proficiency, including basic formulas, VLOOKUP, MATCH, and pivot tables.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• DHS suitability clearance is required as a condition of employment.
• A technical interview will validate skills.

Preferred qualification

• Power BI certification is strongly preferred.
