Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor who has strong knowledge in all aspects of carpentry work and can confidently lead a team. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing site activities while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of carpentry works (installation, repair, finishing, framing, etc.)
- Read and interpret drawings and plans
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and helpers
- Plan daily activities and ensure work is completed on time
- Monitor quality of work and ensure safety standards are followed
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades
- Handle materials, tools, and site requirements efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter 2-3 years
- Strong knowledge in all carpentry works
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Experience in UAE is an advantage
