We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Business Consultant to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in sales and business consulting.
As a Junior Business Consultant, you will work closely with businesses to understand their needs, introduce our services, and recommend solutions that help them achieve their goals.
You will receive training and ongoing support to develop your communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Manage and update customer information within the CRM system.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about company services and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
