Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role located in the Riyadh Region.
The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, including preparing drawings, 3D models, and design documentation under the guidance of senior architects.
Daily tasks include assisting with concept development, participating in design reviews, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
The role also involves collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders, contributing to integration between design and construction processes, and updating project documentation as designs evolve.
The Junior Architect is expected to be detail-oriented, proactive in learning, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including familiarity with building codes, design principles, and construction methods.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts relevant to architectural tools and workflows (e.g., BIM platforms, design software interoperability).
- Basic experience or knowledge in Project Management, such as organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), with strong technical drawing and visualization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
- Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Previous internship or junior-level experience in an architectural or construction environment is an advantage.
