Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Design Development:**
• Contribute to design development of residential units (Penthouses, Apartments, Duplexes, Amenities) from schematic to detail design phases, ensuring architectural consistency.
• **Area Verification & Audits:**
• Conduct comprehensive area verification and polyline audits for all architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with approved documentation and planning standards.
• **Layout Review:**
• Review General Layout drawings against lead consultant packages to ensure full consistency and coordination.
• **CAD Package Coordination:**
• review, archive and coordinate CAD packages, submit drawings to consultants, monitor progress, and verify deliverables.
• **Prototype Management:**
• Develop and manage unit’s prototype classification systems for all residential units, including tracking databases and allocation schedules.
• **Color Coding Coordination:**
• Manage prototype color-coding with design houses, review deliverables, and prepare final presentation packages.
• **Technical Studies:**
• Execute technical analyses including parking studies, GFA calculations, and milestone evaluations.
• **Consultant Coordination:**
• Assist in ongoing coordination with multidisciplinary consultants and external stakeholders.
• **Material & Product Evaluation:**
• Support evaluation of premium white goods and sanitary ware through market research and supplier coordination.
• **Wet Areas Studies:**
• Conduct studies of wet areas (kitchens, bathrooms) and develop standardized design criteria for all unit types.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on residential or mixed-use projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of area calculations, polyline audits, and layout verification
• Experience with prototype classification and color coding coordination
• Understanding of luxury design standards and materials
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
