• First-year accounting or business coursework, or equivalent, with a minimum grade of 65%; listed courses include Accounting I, Accounting II, and Introduction to Professional Writing.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• At least three years of demonstrated accounting or payroll ability; industrial environment experience is preferred.
• Digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence or equivalent.
