Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Junior Accountant within the Qatar Team at Trifid Media. The Junior Accountant will handle daily financial tasks, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with team members to support financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Accounting and Bookkeeping: Experience with managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in financial analysis
• Organizational Skills: Capacity to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to interact with team members and stakeholders
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in accounting or finance roles and knowledge of Qatar’s financial regulations
• Additional Knowledge: Understanding of tax laws, compliance standards, and financial audits
