Junior Accountant – Hotel

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Prepare basic accounting reports and statements.
• Support daily accounts department operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Tally accounting software is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are welcome.
• Previous hotel or hospitality accounting experience is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills; attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Pay and employment

• Full-time position.
