Junior Accountant
About This Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant who can manage basic accounting tasks along with handling incoming and outgoing calls. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Tally and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
- Assist in invoice preparation and billing
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Respond to basic customer and vendor inquiries
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related tasks
- Assist senior accountant with daily reports and data updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,
- 1-2 years of relevant experience .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills (English required; other languages a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage calls efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or similar role
