Job Summary

We are seeking a **Guest Relations Executive** to be the first point of contact for our valued patients and guests.

This role is essential in ensuring a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for all visitors, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Guest Engagement & Hospitality:**
  • Greet and welcome patients and guests in a warm, professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about treatments, services, and wellness programs.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently.
  • **Patient Coordination & Support:**
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Liaise with therapists and doctors to coordinate patient requirements.
  • **Customer Service & Satisfaction:**
  • Handle feedback and resolve concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to assess patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high standard of hospitality and service excellence.
  • **Administrative & Operational Support:**
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update databases.
  • Coordinate with reception and front desk teams for smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in billing and payment processes when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in **guest relations, customer service, or hospitality**, preferably in a healthcare, wellness, or spa setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluent in **English** (knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Ayurvedic treatments and wellness services is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management software.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
