Role: Lead end-to-end operations and profitability of a premium Ayurveda clinic chain, with responsibility for pre-opening, P&L ownership, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
Must-Have Experience
- 5–8+ years in Ayurveda, wellness, or medical spa management
- Pre-opening experience in UAE / Middle East
- Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Experience in vendor contracts and commercial negotiations
- Proven leadership of doctors, therapists, and finance teams
- Working knowledge of UAE healthcare & wellness regulations
Profile
Hands-on operational leader with luxury wellness exposure, strong commercial acumen, and high service standards.
Compensation: AED 8,000 + performance-linked incentives
