Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in **Dubai**.
This role is ideal for an aspiring accounting professional who is eager to develop their career while supporting day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate accounting records.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance professionals to ensure efficient financial management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain organized financial files and accounting documentation.
- Assist with VAT documentation, tax records, and audit preparation.
- Update accounting databases and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial records and payment processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
