Overview

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to join our finance team in **Dubai**.

This role is ideal for a professional who can accurately handle financial transactions, maintain cash records, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the company’s daily financial operations.

The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all cash-handling activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process cash, card, cheque, and electronic payments accurately.
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations to customers and clients.
  • Maintain daily cash balances and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper supporting documentation.
  • Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the finance department.
  • Record financial transactions accurately in the company’s accounting system.
  • Assist customers with billing and payment-related inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
  • Support the accounting team with administrative and finance-related tasks when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a finance-related role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash-handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting or billing software.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
