Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our technical team in
Dubai
.
This role is ideal for a technology professional who can provide technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability and security.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain IT documentation, support logs, and asset inventories.
- Assist in implementing new technologies and IT projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for advanced technical support when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT security practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments, cloud platforms, and remote support tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
