Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Oracle systems.
The ideal candidate will support the finance team in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and general ledgers
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions
- Utilize Oracle accounting software for data entry, reporting, and analysis
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Hands-on experience with Oracle (ERP/Financial systems) is required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
